Mike was responsible for the development and management of approximately 2,000,000 square feet of commercial office, industrial, distribution and other mixed use projects. He was a founding partner of Meridian Healthcare and was responsible for the development of approximately 1,800 nursing home beds for the company and third parties.
In addition to his day-to-day business responsibilities, he was active in community and philanthropic activities, serving on the boards of The Kennedy Krieger Institute, Mercy Medical Center, St. Mary’s Seminary & University, and The National Aquarium of Baltimore.
Mike Batza received his B.A. in Economics from Colgate University. His legacy of decency and vision remains our foundational culture.
